Property Management
With
over 50 commercial and multi-family assets under past and present
management, Pan Cal has become a recognizable and well-respected name in
the industry. Assets include large anchored community centers, to small
unanchored strip centers, to 60 unit apartment complexes. Leveraging
its experience in construction, Pan Cal has spearheaded and supervised
the modernization of many of its properties including facelifts,
expansions, and new building additions.
Acquisitions
We are actively looking to acquire land parcels in the Bay Area under $5 million
in various stages of entitlement for the purpose of residential development. We
are also seeking to purchase commercial properties in the Bay Area with a
purchase price between $5-15 million. Properties can require extensive
improvements or be relatively stable with upside potential.
